Spears：一支西部球队向本-西蒙斯提供了一份训练营邀请

北京时间8月10日，据记者Marc J. Spears报道，消息人士透露，已有多支NBA球队向本-西蒙斯的团队表达了兴趣，其中包括一支西部球队，该队已经向他提供了一份训练营邀请。西蒙斯也愿意接受一份老将底薪合同。
报道称，西蒙斯的目标之一，是代表澳大利亚参加2028年洛杉矶奥运会，而参加迷你训练营将有助于他实现这一目标。
作为2016年的状元秀，西蒙斯的职业生涯自离开76人后一路下行，上一次征战NBA赛场还是2024-25赛季，他先后效力于篮网和快船，场均仅贡献5.0分4.7个篮板和5.6次助攻。
