【观察】重返欧洲，因凡蒂诺的自救之路

詹尼·因凡蒂诺正经历自2016年出任国际足联主席以来最严重的一场危机。
几周以前，他还被认为将毫无悬念地获得第四个任期。如今，他试图通过成立一家新商业公司、让私人投资者进入国际足联的计划已经流产，反对力量甚至蔓延到了他执掌十年的国际足联内部。
他的首席顾问卡洛斯·科尔代罗以不愿“抵押足球未来”为由辞职。国际足联首席运营官凯文·拉穆尔表示自己受到了欺骗，称这是“一个人的计划”。温格也否认参与，表示自己只是“从媒体上得知它的存在”。
尽管因凡蒂诺在摩洛哥组织的国际足联高层会议之后发布了管理层支持因凡蒂诺的“道歉公报”，但凯文·拉穆尔等人的声明并未撤回。法国总统马克龙前体育顾问西里尔·穆兰仍然告诉法国媒体：“他身边最亲近的人已经与他拉开了非常大的距离。这些人原本是他采取行动、凝聚力量并在世界足球生态体系中保持影响力时极其需要的人。”
穆兰还说：“如今，人们确实非常担忧这一机构的治理。这或许不是第一次发生这种事情，但这是压垮骆驼的最后一根稻草。各大洲足联和国家足协在面对足以改变世界足球的重大计划时，既没有得到通知，也没有被邀请参与。”
然而，尽管因凡蒂诺的权力已经在这场危机中遭到严重削弱，但权力削弱并不等于即将下台。距离2027年3月的国际足联主席选举只剩8个月，欧足联虽然发出抵制威胁，却没有准备启动罢免程序。因凡蒂诺也没有表现出主动离开的意愿。
体育地缘政治专家、巴黎政治学院教授让-巴蒂斯特·盖冈告诉《巴黎人报》：“因凡蒂诺连任的可能性仍然很大，尽管这还不是既定事实，因为目前没有任何公开宣布参选的对手。假如没有反对者，他就会连任。假如出现一名候选人，此人必须在极短时间内具备与所有人对话的能力，同时还必须拥有足够的知名度。”
这可能是因凡蒂诺今天仍然拥有的最大优势。媒体对他口诛笔伐是一回事，但媒体不参与投票。在足球圈内部，他可能失去了数量最多的盟友，却尚未面对一个真正的挑战者。尤其是竞选本身有其游戏规则，投票者并不都会按照舆论风向来做出决定，甚至可以说，媒体反对因凡蒂诺是一回事，各国足协投票又是另一回事。
