CBA俱乐部杯分组：A组北京等3强+B组卫冕冠军领衔 广东入死亡之组

北京时间7月28日，CBA官宣第3届CBA俱乐部杯分组抽签结果，A组汇聚广厦、北京与深圳3支强队，B组由前两届杯赛冠军上海领衔，C组拥有新疆与辽宁两支“落魄”豪门球队，D组拥有广东、浙江与山东，外加NBL3连冠球队中国香港金牛，无缘堪称是“死亡之组”。
A组：广厦、深圳、江苏、天津、北京、上海玄鸟
B组：上海、福建、四川、北控、青岛、江西赣驰
C组：山西、同曦、宁波、新疆、辽宁、合肥狂风
D组：山东、广州、广东、吉林、浙江、中国香港金牛
第3届CBA俱乐部杯分成两个阶段比赛，小组赛2026年11月18日—22日进行，决赛阶段将在2027年2月16日—21日进行。
CBA20队全部参赛，外加上赛季的NBL前四名，合计24队分为4组，每组6队，小组前两名晋级八强，合计8队晋级决赛阶段，进行单败淘汰赛角逐冠军。
CBA俱乐部杯采取单节10分钟赛制，全场40分钟，外援采取4节8人次。
过去两届的CBA俱乐部杯冠军均是上海，今年卫冕冠军上海被分组B组，同组的其余球队竞争力不足，北控与青岛具备一定的实力。当然，上海在洛夫顿离队与怀特塞德无法回归情况下，他们能否寻找到合适的外援，成为能否冲击杯赛3连冠的关键。
A组拥有3支强队，分别是广厦、深圳与北京，因而势必有一队会小组赛出局，竞争极为激烈。C组辽宁、新疆与山西均值得关注，但两大传统豪门辽宁与新疆如今实力均下滑。
至于D组实力相对均衡一些，广东、浙江与山东对决胜负难料。至于在NBL实现3连冠的中国香港金牛，也有望扮演搅局黑马角色，因而本组会是“死亡之组”。
值得一提的是，这是CBA和NBL之间恢复升降级之前，最受瞩目的一次摸底测试。
