揭秘湖人4天团建集训！东契奇领衔16人参加 仅新秀卡尔被迫缺席

北京时间8月5日，据名记Stein报道，洛杉矶湖人队前往斯洛文尼亚的迷你集训，参与人员名单已经确定，在NBA规则允许的范围内，几乎全员响应。湖人17人大名单里，有16名球员已经确定参加本月下旬，由卢卡东契奇在自己祖国举办的为期四天迷你集训。
唯一无法成行的是新秀卡梅伦卡尔，他的缺席和个人意愿无关。Stein透露，这位24号秀是被联盟强制安排的事务耽搁，时间刚好完全冲突。
“联盟消息源表示，如果不是刚被选中的锋卫摇摆人卡梅伦卡尔必须参加NBA官方新秀培训营，和东契奇口中这场‘球队团建之旅’撞期，本可以实现17人全部到场。”Stein写道。
过去一个月，这支球队经历了勒布朗詹姆斯离队，围绕东契奇重新搭建阵容。这份参训名单，也直接回答了休赛期悬在球队头上的一大问题：一大群新面孔组成的更衣室，真的会追随球队新核心吗？这场8月份的自愿海外之行，很快给出了答案。
卡尔行程冲突被迫无缘集训
卡尔是行程冲突，并非主动拒绝，双方都没有闹情绪。NBA会为新进入联盟的新秀开设培训项目，新秀过渡课程一般安排在8月末，正好和东契奇在卢布尔雅那规划的集训时间完全重合。对于选秀球员来说，这项联盟培训是硬性要求，不能缺席，于是这位21岁后卫成为队内唯一被迫无法出行的人。
时间安排多少有些讽刺。新秀培训本意是帮助新人适应NBA，但这件事，恰恰让这名新秀错过了整个夏天球队最有价值的磨合团建活动。
湖人会在9月末开启训练营，所以卡尔和全队完整合练，只能等到官方训练营，而这次非正式团建他将错过。
24号秀错过了什么
卡梅伦卡尔的缺席格外可惜，因为团建旅行恰恰就是为他这类球员准备的。湖人在6月选秀向上交易，用24号签摘下他，赌这名侧翼球员，他在田纳西大学起步不顺，之后打出全美最亮眼的爆发赛季之一。
上个赛季在贝勒大学，卡尔场均18.9分5.8篮板2.6助攻1.3封盖，投篮命中率49.4%。得分位列大十二联盟第四，入选大十二联盟三阵。
7月夏季联赛，他延续了状态，出战4场，场均砍下18.0分。他的球风与东契奇十分适配：运动能力出众，可以接球投篮、针对防守补位完成突破，还能从侧翼护框，正是那种能够充分消化
