尼克斯教练组成员卡森-尚克斯官宣离队

北京时间8月7日，据《纽约邮报》记者贾里德-施瓦茨报道，助理教练卡森-尚克斯将在效力球队三年后离开尼克斯，他与球队的合同已经到期。
尚克斯在个人社交媒体上发布了一段告别文字，表达了自己离开卫冕冠军时的感激之情。
“3年的麦迪逊广场花园，3年的纽约这座城市，3年的纽约尼克斯经历，更重要的是，3年的回忆和永远不会消失的关系，”尚克斯写道。“和家人一起感受花园球馆的震动，游行期间城市中的欢呼声，香槟的味道，捧起拉里-奥布莱恩奖杯时的触感，这些都是我永远都会拥有的东西。
“我非常期待接下来的人生篇章，但还是要感谢纽约，感谢这座城市给了我人生中最美好的三年时光。”
卡森-尚克斯于2023年加入纽约尼克斯。最初担任助理视频协调员的他，在一年后得到晋升，成为球队视频/数据分析以及球员发展的助理主管。
