郑钦文：伤愈后从未3连胜！卫冕奥运金牌？下届在硬地打 我很擅长

WTA华盛顿500赛，中国选手郑钦文首轮对阵菲律宾选手伊埃拉，赛前新闻发布会，她谈到了自己的近况。
两人曾经在上届亚运会交过手，郑钦文表示：“当然，再次和她碰面是很不错的对决，比赛过程注定会很艰难。我俩上一次交手已经是三年前了，时隔这么久，如今双方状态都完全不一样了。我只需要专注打出自己的网球，顺其自然看赛场结果就好。”
郑钦文坦言：“对我而言最大的考验，是从头到尾整场比赛都稳住专注力。现阶段我的职业生涯里，最重要的课题就是做好自我掌控，在赛场上稳定心态、完整发挥出自身竞技水准，这是最难做到的事。”
郑钦文是现任奥运网球女单冠军，此前有消息称，温网结束后很快就要衔接奥运会，对此，她回应道：“谈论下一届奥运会还为时过早。网球选手更需要活在当下，现在才2026年，我不会去思虑两年之后的赛事。不过洛杉矶奥运会也是硬地赛场，我本身就很擅长硬地作战。眼下我只想全身心投入华盛顿本站赛事，完全不去畅想两年后的奥运会会发生什么。”
郑钦文表示：“伤病康复之后我反复提到过，对我来说最难攻克的其实是心理关卡。身体体能可以慢慢恢复，但赛场里的心态把控，是受伤之后我一直需要修炼的课题。我和团队一直在并肩努力，每天保持高强度、高专注度训练，绝不松懈放任自己。如果日常训练敷衍了事，比赛里一定会体现出来，所以我要求自己每一天都保持稳定的训练状态。”
“现实情况是，伤愈归来之后，我还没能达成三连胜的战绩，这也是我当下要直面的挑战。但我依旧选择聚焦当下，不去纠结未来会走向何方。每天认真完成训练，倘若周一、周二就要出战比赛，就踏实做好赛前备战，专注每一分争夺。网球赛场最忌讳思虑过多，越是想得繁杂，越容易发挥失常；选手水平越高，越需要简化自己的赛场思维。”
