曝骑士续约哈登事宜暂时搁置 为追求詹姆斯保留薪资空间灵活性

北京时间7月8日，据The Athletic记者Joe Vardon报道，消息源透露，詹姆斯-哈登与克利夫兰骑士的续约事宜现在处于搁置状态。
据悉，哈登与骑士已经就续约合同的框架以及金额达成共识，但骑士正在观望是否需要先保留薪资空间的灵活性，以期在自由市场签下勒布朗-詹姆斯或其他自由球员。
此前哈登已经放弃执行下赛季价值4230万美元的球员选项，成为完全自由球员，他愿意推迟与球队续约，从而帮助骑士腾出更多薪资空间追逐詹姆斯。
此外骑士新赛季的阵容大名单仍然保留着一个空缺名额，而这个名额有可能是骑士为布朗尼-詹姆斯准备的。
